Return Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this via email: support@jadeivoryofficial.com

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the goods back, or

  • you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

 

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value is dependent on market fluctuations;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

  • for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, if the seal was removed after delivery.
